    Mac and cheese survey!

I think of southern mac & cheese as first making a roux with butter and flour, add half and half and a can of evaporated milk for the liquid, some onion powder and garlic powder, cayenne and black pepper, grated cheeses (sharp cheddar, mozzarella and pepper jack), al dente macaroni pasta, all...

    Mac and cheese survey!

I selected "other" as well as other options because I sometimes make lobster mac and cheese. It's delicious, melty, creamy, and rich. That Kraft box stuff is evil.

Why do autistic people go off on a tangent?

I'd rather have someone go off on a tangent than to tell me how to build a clock when I ask what the time is.

I play Scrabble with two childhood friends and they cheat! They look up potential words on a scrabble word app on their phones, words for uncommon things like chemical electron particles or ancient Greek words that no one has heard of. I tell them that you can't look up words unless another...

Is there any good pills out there that help with PMS?

If we avoided eating everything that has a health risk, we'd all starve! Eat meat, in moderation, as part of an overall balanced diet. I love a good steak cooked on the charcoal grill. My favorite is to make beef tenderloin skewers with chunks of onion, bell peppers and mushrooms to go with it.

Why do people always seem so happy and positive in social settings?

I don't know which of my examples you are taking a "dissenting position" to. NTs don't go to optional social events if they are not in the mood. NTs superficially bond, like you do at football matches in bars, where everyone is focused on a single thing. As a 70-year-old NT, I assure you...

Why do people always seem so happy and positive in social settings?

NTs mask. They're very good at masking. It is well understood that NTs mask. They appear happy and in good moods at social functions because that is socially expected of them. So they put on a happy face to meet social expectations. NTs are so good at masking that aspies like you...

Is there any good pills out there that help with PMS?

Research indicates that consumption of soy by Asian women likely has a prophylactic effect against breast cancer. If soy did contribute to breast cancer, then we'd see high rates of breast cancer in the Asian population. Yet, no such spike in rates occurs or is documented. Asian...

Is there any good pills out there that help with PMS?

No. That is an old wives' tale, totally debunked by science.

Is there any good pills out there that help with PMS?

Look for an over-the-counter product called Estroven. It's made with plant phytoestrogens such as soy, black cohosh and other plants. It worked for me.
